Hall of Heroes Iron Gym offers a variety of group fitness classes by certified and experienced fitness trainers. The classes range from yoga, spin, and endurance. We invite all of you as our family to participate and motivate each other to a better overall fitness experience.
Introducing GYM 101, a group fitness class to provide new members instruction on proper weight-training form and technique for better results. The instructor is Isaak, one of our most qualified personal trainers. Try it out on Saturdays from 11AM to 12PM.
